station3 developed and implemented an entirely new international umbrella brand concept for the entire group – consisting of several companies with different areas of focus.
A defining feature of our concept is a strong brand identity, expressed through a cohesive visual appearance. We preserve the shared core positioning of the brands and product lines, ensure that their key competencies are clearly perceived externally, and thereby strengthen the overall position of INTOCAST AG.

The look for the entire group is a world of fire and heat. It forms the visual and thematic foundation for INTOCAST’s brand presence, including its various subbrands. Through strong, distinctive branding, the INTOCAST GROUP OF EXPERTS clearly sets itself apart from industry competitors, while simultaneously highlighting synergies within the group. The individual companies are brought closer together without compromising their respective core competencies. Striking headlines reinforce the unmistakable look and ensure that INTOCAST’s new brand presence leaves a lasting impression.

The new claim: “EXPERTS ON FIRE.”
One of the key pillars of our umbrella brand concept is the new claim: “EXPERTS ON FIRE.” It positions INTOCAST as the experts in all things related to fire – a promise that reflects both the expertise of each individual company and the emotional connection of employees to the organization and its customers. The sense of belonging within the group is strengthened, while the unique character of each company remains intact.

A logo that leaves a
lasting impression
To strengthen INTOCAST AG’s external presence while maintaining easy recognition, modifying the logo is a particularly important and sensitive step in the overall process. The design directs the viewer’s gaze from above onto a stylized steel casting ladle, with a red-to-yellow gradient visualizing molten steel. In addition to the symbol, the wordmark is also updated. This gives the logo greater independence and recognizability. It can be used in both positive and negative versions, as well as in 2D, 3D, and animated formats – depending on the medium.

Meeting point: Trade fair
We are also proud of the redesign of the INTOCAST trade fair booth for METEC, the world’s leading trade fair for metallurgical technology in Düsseldorf. Here, we give the company literal “space” to present itself. The booth creates the impression of being made from massive steel structures, while the screens grab attention with flaming headlines and the company claim.
INTOCAST meets Virtual Reality
In addition to designing the trade fair booth, we are also developing a VR game specifically for the event. Visitors are invited to dive into a world of steel and fire, where they can complete challenges and earn points. This experience will surely help keep INTOCAST top of mind at all times.
