The trade fair booth for our client smart Germany at the leading industry event “Flotte! Der Branchentreff 2024“ in Düsseldorf was aimed at professionals in fleet management. In the B2B sector, trade fairs remain one of the most important stages to present and showcase brands, services, and innovations.

From sketch to finished booth –
the design process.

The creative component in trade fair design is what sets our work apart. The more precise and tangible our designs are, the easier it becomes to move into concrete planning. This simplifies coordination and decision-making processes.

 

The visualizations of our design ideas give clients a quick impression of the overall impact of the booth and provide the opportunity to understand spatial dimensions. We are delighted that the booth design generated enthusiasm so quickly and could ultimately be realized exactly as planned.

From idea to experience: big moments in every tiny detail

At the smart trade fair booth, the product takes center stage. In this case, there are actually two: the all-electric smart #1 and the all-electric smart #3.

 

Both vehicles offer a wealth of details, which we showcase on high-quality panels in line with the exhibition concept.

 

Through the meticulous and thoughtfully arranged layout of these panels, we created distinct areas for the smart #1 and the smart #3, while also leaving space for an info wall dedicated to both. The booth is accessible from all sides of the hall, inviting visitors in, and clearly stands out from the competition. It impresses at a distance, serves as a hub for industry visitors, and reflects the highest level of quality and aesthetics even in the smallest details – from the color of the booth edges to the cables and fabric panels. The result: an exclusive smart exhibition featuring engaging exhibits in a modern design, seamlessly combined with key product information.

From the initial concept development to overseeing setup and dismantling – and even the storage of exhibits – we keep a clear overview at every stage of the project and coordinate seamlessly with all involved partners.

Hi. Our holistic
communication concept

Even a trade fair booth is a brand touchpoint, a place where we bring brand values to life visually and make them truly tangible. In the case of smart, these values include openness and competence.

 

In addition to the product presentation, we design effective messaging. In this case, it is a simple “Hi.” that unobtrusively invites trade visitors to the stand. To support the professional work our client performs at the stand, we also developed “Hi.”-elements for the counter, employee sweaters, and sustainable giveaways such as tote bags and notebooks – which communicate clear brand values beyond the trade fair and leave a lasting impression.

 

The color scheme – a calming blue – and the typography are also essential elements that serve the visual identity and convey emotion and personality.
