smart Germany has found a strong partner for the German market in station3. With years of experience working with automotive clients, we cover all disciplines relevant to the German market – from brand development to innovative sales strategies.

For the brand’s repositioning, the focus with the launch of the smart #1 was primarily on Germany. As the brand’s largest market, Germany was also the first to see the debut of the new fully electric smart generation. The smart #1 led the way, followed by the smart #3. Each launch was supported by a sales-driving campaign aimed at boosting sales in the German market.

For the brand’s repositioning, the focus with the launch of the smart #1 was primarily on Germany. As the brand’s largest market, Germany was also the first to see the debut of the new fully electric smart generation. The smart #1 led the way, followed by the smart #3. Colors that change everything.

station3 has supported the market launch of the smart #1 from the very beginning. We developed the visual identity from the ground up, ensuring that all activities would align seamlessly with the European campaign.

Our core design concept: The vehicles are shown purely as cutouts, captured from various angles and striking perspectives. For the campaigns, the vehicles’ paint colors are used as background colors, enhancing the modern, premium, and approachable look of the cars.

For the 92 smart agents, whose showrooms are integrated into existing Mercedes-Benz locations, we opened up entirely new opportunities. From the very beginning of our collaboration, they benefited from professionally developed toolkits. The unified look increases visibility, and its impact is directly measurable through a significant boost in sales.

12° shapes a new world.

 

The campaign focuses on the smart #1 Pulse with all-wheel drive. Here, too, we use a two-tone design to maintain continuity with the previous campaign. At the same time, we show that our design concept offers real creative flexibility: By introducing a subtle incline, we highlight the USP of the smart #1 Pulse – its all-wheel drive – in a simple yet striking way, giving it a strong visual presence.

Our headline concept can be applied to every USP and plays with expectations around electric mobility – expectations the smart #3 surpasses at every turn. With our campaign, we establish an identity that clearly sets the brand apart from the competition and builds awareness of smart Germany’s future-focused, fully electric models.
